Hightouch is seeking an Implementation Manager to own the technical implementation and onboarding lifecycle for their AI platform, focusing on integrating Hightouch into customer data infrastructure and ensuring seamless customer success.

What you'd actually do

  1. Drive the onboarding process for customers, working closely with Technical Account Managers to ensure alignment between technical execution and customer success objectives
  2. Design and optimize implementation frameworks that can scale across different customer segments while accommodating enterprise-specific requirements
  3. Lead technical discovery sessions and implementation workshops, collaborating with customer data engineering teams and business stakeholders
  4. Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for implementations, including integration specifications, data models, and best practices
  5. Develop and execute implementation plans that minimize time-to-value while ensuring robust, sustainable solutions
