Implementation Specialist

Visa is seeking an Implementation Specialist to lead the implementation and onboarding of merchants to Cybersource products and services. This client-facing role requires strong technical proficiency, problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive adoption of payment solutions. The specialist will act as an internal technical and operational SME, support clients with technical and operational processes, manage merchant implementations, and oversee project timelines. Experience in the payments industry, familiarity with card-not-present transactions, and knowledge of APIs and payment gateway products are essential. Fraud or dispute knowledge is a plus.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage merchant implementation for Cybersource products and services.
  2. Serve as the technical and operational SME for Visa’s Acceptance Solutions, uplifting knowledge across client functions and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
  3. Proactively identify and drive opportunities to improve client performance by monitoring health metrics and collaborating with specialists.
  4. Stay current with payment processing trends and technologies to deliver best-in-class client experiences.
  5. Oversee project timelines and deliverables, handle technical escalations, and provide training and enablement for client teams.
