This role is for a Director, Global Strategic Program (GSP) within Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicine division. The primary focus is on leading the delivery of strategic supply chain programs, managing cross-functional teams, financial performance, and translating strategy into actionable plans. While the company operates in healthcare, the role itself is centered on program management and strategic planning, not on AI/ML development or research.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead delivery of Strategic Supply Chain Programs and related outcomes through effective & efficient Program Leadership.
  2. Drive business outcomes through disciplined execution, strong partner engagement, and effective governance!
  3. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver program commitments, manage financial performance, resources, and translate strategy into actionable plans.
  4. Design & deploy execution & value tracking for assigned Programs.
  5. Proactively lead problem definition and solutions including options & tradeoff analysis to drive effective decision making.

  • Demonstrated strategy shaping & program definition across critical E2E Supply Chain and business variables to optimize opportunities.
  • Experience in operationalizing strategy across the business, articulating a case for change and leading the team and the org through change-management required for sustained benefits
