Inbound Sdr Pipeline Lead

This role focuses on optimizing and scaling the pipeline generated by Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) for inbound leads and outbound motions. It involves partnering with cross-functional teams, including Data Science and GTM Growth/Automation, to build and deploy an AI-enabled engine that converts demand into qualified pipeline. The goal is to create efficient outbound coverage at scale and improve GTM performance through AI, automation, data, and experimentation.

What you'd actually do

  1. Pipeline creation targets for inbound SDR motions
  2. Conversion from lead to meeting, meeting to qualified opportunity, and opportunity to pipeline
  3. SDR prioritization, routing, SLAs, qualification standards, and follow-up quality
  4. Inbound strategy across high-volume accounts and lower-ACV segments
  5. Partnering with GTM Growth to build and deploy agentic and automation workflows that improve speed, personalization, coverage, and efficiency

Skills

Required

  • Experience owning SDR, demand response, pipeline generation, or growth operations targets
  • Strong command of inbound funnel mechanics and scaled outbound systems
  • Comfortable using AI, automation, data, and experimentation to improve GTM performance
  • Able to translate strategy into operating rhythms, dashboards, coaching, and execution
  • Highly cross-functional, with strong partnerships across Sales, Marketing, Data Science, GTMi, GTM Growth/Automation, and RevOps
  • Clear judgment on where humans matter most and where automation should take over
