Position Summary...
We are seeking a Software Engineer III with 3–6 years of experience to design, build, and scale enterprise-grade, cloud-native applications. This role focuses on developing highly available, secure, and performance systems that support large user bases, complex integrations, and mission-critical business workflows. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, platform, data, and infrastructure to deliver robust solutions in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

Our team collaborates with Walmart International, which has over 5,900 retail units operating outside of the United States under 55 banners in 26 countries including Africa, Argentina, Canada, Central America, Chile, China, India, Japan, and Mexico, to name a few.
We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer III to design, develop, and deploy features for Real Estate team. The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive experience to create seamless user experiences, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior engineers.
**What you'll do: **
· You are responsible for coding, unit testing, building high performance and scalable applications that meet the needs of millions of Walmart-International customers, in the areas of Real Estate and Enterprise Asset Management.
· You are expected to be more intellectually curious engineer who is passionate about domain/technology in general and leverage AI tools to continuously improve productivity
**What you'll bring: **
· 3–6 years of professional experience in Full Stack Development with Backend heavy development experience
· Strong proficiency in:
o Frontend: JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, React or Angular
o Backend: Java (Spring Boot preferred), Node.js, or Python
· Experience building scalable, distributed systems
· Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
· Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing
· Strong understanding of system design, data structures, and performance tuning
· Hands on experience Kafka, Cassandra.
