Work You’ll Do
As a Manager on the project, you will:
- Optimize Production Throughput: Build and refine digital models of manufacturing lines to analyze capacity, reduce bottlenecks, and support surge scenarios.
- Improve Material Flow & Inventory Accuracy: Design and implement storage optimization tools, cycle count processes, and RFID/barcode solutions to accelerate wall-to-wall inventory and enhance visibility.
- Enable Data-Driven Operations: Develop and integrate OT–IT data flows for predictive maintenance and KPI dashboards; deploy WIP tracking and digital work instructions to standardize processes and improve quality.

Qualifications
Required**: **
Bachelor’s Degree
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Secret security clearance for this role
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
5+ years of experience in Supply Chain manufacturing maintenance optimization (manufacturing analysis, design optimization tools)
3+ years executing process simulation, analysis and design (current/future state, requirements, SOPs, controls) in complex environments
3+ years of project delivery experience (work planning, facilitation, RAID management, deliverable ownership)
Ability to work on-site 100% of the time in Huntsville, AL
