Available Shifts:
- 2nd shift: 3:00pm - 11:30pm Monday - Friday
Job Description:
- Utilize Preventive Maintenance as the Proactive means of controlling Machine Up/Down Time.
- Demonstrate Log Out/ Tag Out
- Perform routine oil filtration / oil removal and filter change on large and small presses, Plastic Injection Molding Machines, Rubber Injection Molding Machines, Rubber Processing and Preforming Equipment
- Practice Oil Analysis Management for all required equipment
- Knowledge of the basic principles on how the machinery/equipment/ tools work
- Skilled & knowledge on electrical principles of three phase, motors (linear, servo, AC Induction, DC motor) and able to diagnose and troubleshoot any technical problem on electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment
- Skilled & knowledge on electronic principles and able to interpret blueprint and schematic component and troubleshoot on the problem all HPMP equipment
- Skilled & knowledge in performing troubleshoot with ladder diagram and diagnose any technical problem on PLC control of CNC machines
- Skilled & knowledge in PM program and importance of accurate and timely PM tasks
- Skilled & knowledge in performing on the installation of new manufacturing equipment
Desired Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the basic principles on how the machinery/equipment/ tools working.
- Skilled & knowledge on electrical principles of three phase, motors (linear, servo, AC Induction, DC motor) and able to diagnose and troubleshoot any technical problem on electrical of CNC machines, welding machines, overhead crane, compressors etc.
- Skilled & knowledge on electronic principles and able to interpret blueprint and schematic component and troubleshoot on the problem of CNC machines, welding machines, overhead crane, compressors etc
- Skilled & knowledge in performing troubleshoot with ladder diagram and diagnose any technical problem on PLC control of CNC machines
- Skilled & knowledge to diagnose and trouble shoot any technical problem on Pneumatic & Hydraulic system.
- Skilled & knowledge in performing on the installation of new manufacturing equipment
- Skilled & knowledge on electrical principles of three phase, motors (linear, servo, AC Induction, DC motor) and able to diagnose and troubleshoot any technical problem on electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
- Skilled & knowledge on electronic principles and able to interpret blueprint and schematic components and troubleshoot on the problem all HPMP equipment.
Top Candidates Will Also Have:
- High school education and previous experience preferred.

Summary Pay Range:
$24.95 - $31.15
