This role is for an Industrial Security Analyst at Northrop Grumman, responsible for developing and administering security programs for classified materials, documents, and equipment. The analyst will ensure compliance with federal security regulations, manage program security across various functions (PHYSEC, COMSEC, PERSEC, etc.), and handle personnel security clearances and access requests. Key responsibilities include investigating security violations, conducting security education, and maintaining liaison with government agencies and internal stakeholders. A Secret security clearance is required.

What you'd actually do

  1. develop and administer security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment.
  2. Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company operations.
  3. Manage program security compliance and operations across multiple functions including PHYSEC, COMSEC, PERSEC, Contract Security, Investigations, and Document Control Management.
  4. Review and verify personnel security clearances and SAP accesses through queries to government security databases and systems.
  5. Generate and/or review Program Access Request (PAR) packages; ensure all required information is included including currency of information, completeness of forms, and inclusion of required signatures.
