Northrop Grumman is seeking an Industrial Security Analyst to develop and administer security programs for classified materials and information. Responsibilities include managing SAP lifecycle activities, processing access requests, conducting indoctrinations, managing visits, operating within secure facilities, and ensuring compliance with security policies. The role requires an active Secret security clearance and the ability to obtain SAP/SCI approval.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support end-to-end SAP lifecycle activities, including nominations, access determinations, indoctrinations, continuous evaluation, and debriefings.
  2. Process and track Program Access Requests (PARs); verify eligibility, need-to-know, billet alignment, and documentation accuracy.
  3. Conduct and document SAP indoctrinations and debriefs; brief program-specific security rules, handling, reporting, foreign travel, and counterintelligence awareness.
  4. Manage SAP visit control: prepare, submit, and verify visit certifications; coordinate classified visits; host and escort visitors; maintain visit logs.
  5. Operate within SAPFs and closed areas: manage entry/exit controls, access rosters, badging, open/close procedures, storage and transmission of classified material, and alarm response coordination.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years of industrial security experience
  • U.S. citizenship
  • Active U.S. Government Secret security clearance
  • Ability to obtain and maintain SAP/SCI approval
  • Foundational knowledge of security policies (NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07, JSIG)
