Northrop Grumman is seeking an Industrial Security Analyst (Level 2 or 3) to develop and administer security programs for classified materials, documents, and equipment. Responsibilities include managing international security, triaging inquiries, providing security training, ensuring NISPOM compliance, handling classified information, maintaining records, participating in inspections, conducting audits, and communicating security guidance. Requires an active Secret clearance and knowledge of government security databases.

What you'd actually do

  1. International Security
  2. Triage Security Inquiries and acting on accordingly
  3. Provide security education, training, and awareness tailored to DoD security responsibilities
  4. Help maintain strong security compliance with the 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM)
  5. Receive, dispatch, and safeguard classified information and equipment

Skills

Required

  • Industrial Security or security related experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Active U.S. Government Secret clearance
  • US Citizenship
  • Working knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM)
  • Experience with government security databases; DISS, NISS
  • Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, TEAMs)

  • Top Secret Government Clearance
  • Experience working on DoD programs
  • Experience working in classified Lab or Manufacturing environments
  • Experience in Classification inventory and accountability (Document Control)
  • Experience in public speaking
  • International Security experience
