The Boeing company is seeking an Industrial Security Manager to join our team in Berkeley, MO.
This position will be a part of our Boeing Enterprise Classified Security (ECS) supporting Phantom Works programs and employees in the St. Louis area.
Position Responsibilities:
- Manage and ensure the flawless execution of classified security programs at the SCI, SAP and other restricted or proprietary levels and achieve all operational goals
- Lead and mentor employees, perform security administration activities to protect information from unauthorized disclosure, conduct security inquiries, oversee compliance assessments implementation security controls and protecting personnel, information, and equipment
- Study and implement federal security regulations that apply to company program operations
- Obtain rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies
- Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
- Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
- Assist with team members' professional development and growth

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership.”
- Successfully completed Tier 5 Investigation (T5), formerly known as a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) by the federal government within the last 5 years, or requires candidate to have been enrolled in a Continuous Vetting program within the last 5 years
- 5+ years of experience in Industrial Security
- 3+ years of experience in personnel security administration, physical security, communications security and/or other programmatic security-related field
- 1+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role
- Ability to obtain and maintain access to a Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and/or Special Access Programs (SAP) access
- Willing to submit to and successfully pass a U.S. Government-administered polygraph examination
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience working in one or a combination of the following domains: SAP and/or SCI
- 2+ years of experience with Project Management
- 2+ years of experience building relationships and partnering with all levels of employees, including executives in the Defense and/or Aerospace environment
- 2+ years of experience communicating with internal and external customers

Summary pay range: $111,350 - $150,650
