This role focuses on evolving the Corporate Third-Party Oversight program at JPMorgan Chase by managing key partnerships, identifying industry opportunities for transformation, and driving innovation. The Associate will collaborate with stakeholders to support third-party solution partnerships, create profit opportunities, and strengthen third-party trust, while also focusing on regulatory requirements and AI transformation within the program.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own key partnerships within Third-Party Oversight to help define innovation opportunities and build solutions.
  2. Prepare and review reports, presentations, and other documents for executive meetings.
  3. Deliver innovative solutions to program leads by knowing the third party solution industry inside and out.
  4. Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven improvements and ensure a smooth transition during process changes.
  5. Conduct industry and internal research and provide insights to support decision-making processes.

Skills

Required

  • 2 years of experience in Business
  • Knowledge of risk management and control principles.
  • Strong executive presence and storytelling skills; able to communicate analytic details and insights effectively.
  • Team player with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Mastery of verbal and written communications.
  • High degree of discipline and ownership; able to work both independently and within a team, exercising sound judgment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results.
  • Professionalism, self-motivation, and a strong sense of urgency.
