Industry Manager for Global Strategic Accounts at Reddit, leading a sales pod focused on European global customers. What you'd actually do

  1. Manage, coach, and develop a team of Client Partners and Account Managers covering a defined set of global strategic accounts, setting a high performance bar.
  2. Build and execute quarterly and annual business plans for the pod—setting revenue targets, defining product and vertical priorities, and establishing pacing milestones that ladder up to GSA and LCS goals.
  3. Build and strengthen senior and C‑suite relationships across client and agency stakeholders; personally lead or support critical executive meetings and QBRs.
  4. Partner with KarmaLab, Marketing Science, Product, Measurement, Solutions Engineering, and Marketing, to design and deliver holistic, outcome-focused programs for your portfolio.
  5. Establish repeatable operating cadences (e.g., QBRs, forecast reviews, deal councils) within the pod and with XFN partners to ensure alignment on priorities, risks, and resource allocation.
