Industry Partner Lead, Healthcare & Life Sciences

This role focuses on building and scaling a partner ecosystem for Databricks within the Healthcare and Life Sciences (HLS) industry. The Industry Partner Lead will recruit and develop ISVs, drive technical integrations, and create joint go-to-market strategies to accelerate customer value. The role requires deep domain expertise in HLS and GTM acumen, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Field teams to ensure partner solutions meet industry standards.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define and execute the HLS ISV partnership strategy, segmenting the market across BioPharma, Provider, Payer, and Medical Devices.
  2. Own executive relationships with key HLS partners to drive technical integrations and joint field execution.
  3. Partner with Product and Regulatory/Compliance teams to ensure partner integrations meet the rigorous security and "fit-for-purpose" standards required for clinical and genomic data.
  4. Build joint GTM motions that resonate with HLS business personas
  5. Work with Sales leadership to design co-sell plays and incentives that help our account teams solve complex industry use cases through partner solutions.

Skills

Required

  • 10+ years in product partnerships or business development
  • 7+ years deeply embedded in the Healthcare and Life Sciences technology ecosystem
  • Proven track record launching ISV integrations and GTM motions that have delivered measurable partner-sourced revenue in the HLS space
  • Deep understanding of the HLS data landscape
  • Cross-functional leadership
  • Executive presence
  • Solid understanding of cloud data architectures and AI/ML lifecycles
