What you'd actually do

  1. Partner Marketing Strategy: Translate Field Sales priorities into actionable co-marketing plans. Represent Partner Marketing in OU integrated marketing meetings.
  2. Campaign Management: Direct the execution of digital, content, and event-based campaigns. Use AI to automate campaign setup and tracking while focusing on optimization and performance.
  3. Content Stewardship: Lead the development of partner-specific narratives. You will use AI to generate the first 60% of drafts, then apply your expertise to finalize messaging for strategic impact.
  4. Operational Leadership: Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement. Oversee automated workflows to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
  5. Team Development: Guide junior team members on campaign execution. Document AI best practices and prompts to build team-wide capability.

Skills

Required

  • B2B Partner Marketing: 3–5 years of experience in partner or channel marketing with a focus on integrated campaign execution.
  • Strategic Communication: Strong ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and represent marketing to sales leadership.
  • Operational Efficiency: Proven experience managing budgets and timelines
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Proficient in Salesforce and campaign analytics to drive performance-based recommendations.
