Influencer Marketing Manager at Whatnot, a livestream shopping platform. What you'd actually do

  1. Identify, outreach, and close deals with the most impactful influencers across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. Own these relationships end-to-end — from first contact to long-term performance.
  2. Develop campaigns that map to specific creator archetypes and activation formats, partnering closely with the Category Marketing team.
  3. Source and reach creators through email, DM, or whatever creative channel gets results.
  4. Negotiate contracts in line with CAC, FTB, and LTV targets. Drive the internal approval process to signature.
  5. Provide white glove support to partners, ensuring a strong product understanding, high-quality content, on-time delivery, and prompt payment.
