This role manages an influencer and affiliate styling program for Shopbop, focusing on recruiting, engaging, and growing creators, analyzing their performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role involves developing scalable strategies and incentive structures to drive results.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the strategy and day-to-day management and communication of Shopbop's unmanaged influencer and affiliate styling program, including commission-based incentive structures
  2. Develop and execute scalable engagement programs including a newsletter program reaching 2,000+ influencers, product seeding, and content briefing
  3. Analyze creator performance data to identify top performers and build a pipeline for promotion into the managed influencer program based on performance benchmarks (e.g., monthly OPS and new customer acquisition thresholds)
  4. Leverage forward-looking business insights — including inventory availability and trend data — to help creators proactively plan and publish content
  5. Track and report on key program KPIs including demand OPS, new customer count, commission fees, and return rates

Skills

Required

  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns
  • Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
  • Experience delivering paid media campaigns spanning TV, print ads and digital/social channels
  • Experience across affiliate marketing, PPC, SEM and social media advertising

Nice to have

  • Experience in multi-territory campaign management
  • Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process
  • Usage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices
