Salesforce is seeking an Account Executive for their Enterprise segment in Osaka, Japan. This role focuses on working with strategic customers (5000-10,000+ employees) to drive digital transformation strategies using their Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC). The Account Executive will partner with C-level executives and account teams to achieve customer business objectives and outcomes. Responsibilities include developing key stakeholder relationships, assisting with account strategy, coordinating internal resources, and driving growth within assigned accounts. The role requires 10+ years of full-cycle sales experience, with at least 5 years in Enterprise Sales, and preferred experience selling technical platforms, integration/API market awareness, and management of large key accounts.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts
  2. Assist with the development and execution of overall long-term strategy for the account, aligned to customer business objectives
  3. Coordinate internal resources to meet customer business needs
  4. Assist with account planning at assigned accounts, coordinating with Prime and Cloud sales resources to ensure strategic alignment
  5. Share both Informatica and Salesforce value proposition for existing and/or new customers
  6. Drive growth within new and existing, assigned accounts

Skills

Required

  • 10+ years of full cycle sales experience
  • at least 5 years in Enterprise Sales
  • Integration / API Market Awareness

  • Ability to strategize with a large extended team
