Infrastructure Engineer II role focused on building and supporting cloud infrastructure solutions on AWS using Terraform and Python. The role involves leveraging enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to assist with infrastructure analysis and documentation, but AI/ML is not the core craft.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build and support Environment-as-Code solutions and core engineering workstreams using AWS (EC2, EKS, CloudFront), Terraform, OpenSearch, EMR, and Python.
  2. Drive new initiatives for cloud migration and platform modernization leveraging AWS, Terraform, and Python.
  3. Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate infrastructure analysis and documentation (e.g., summarizing monitoring findings), validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity and security requirements.
  4. Provision and operate EKS and ECS clusters, and implement observability with Datadog, Dynatrace, and Gremlin.
  5. Troubleshoot technical issues by decomposing problems and resolving cases of basic complexity.
