Infrastructure Materials Manager

Meta is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Materials Manager to oversee logistics and material fulfillment for physical infrastructure. This role involves managing NPI Spares operations, coordinating execution, engaging with internal customers, and enabling automated processes. The manager will lead cross-functional efforts, drive transformations, and interface with leadership. Responsibilities include leading NPI spare operations, developing service strategies, collaborating with partner teams, managing procurement and fulfillment, defining metrics, building supplier relationships, driving visibility into lead times, and implementing Spares systems and processes. Qualifications include program management, vendor and stakeholder management, effective communication, supply chain experience, leading cross-functional programs, experience with supply chain tools, managing supplier relationships, and demonstrated AI skill development and integration for workflow optimization and ethical AI practices. Experience in data center, hyperscale infrastructure, or AI/GPU-intensive hardware supply chains is also mentioned.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead and manage New Product Introduction (NPI) spare operations to ensure service readiness and material availability
  2. Develop a spare warranty and service strategy by partnering with cross-functional teams and vendors for new platform launches
  3. Actively collaborate with internal partner teams such as Quality, Engineering, RTP, Sourcing, Data Center Ops, etc., to understand current and future program needs, ensuring timely product launches and managing material fulfillment to mitigate capacity constraints
  4. Act as the primary liaison between ODM/OEM and Meta, to help manage, monitor, and drive spare material requirements for MP & NPI
  5. Own & manage end-to-end Spare Material procurement & fulfillment process ensuring adherence to predefined SLAs
