This role is for an Innovation & Engagement Specialist at Merck in Shanghai. What you'd actually do

  1. In the designated region, achieve the targets for designated products, market share and growth rate, and effectively utilize resources and control expenses
  2. Develop and implement a visit plan for medical institutions according to the company's prescribed coverage and visit frequency
  3. Use appropriate promotion techniques and product materials to provide medical information and introduce products to medical institutions (including handling problems), so that they understand and accept the characteristics and benefits of the products
  4. Maintain a high level of professional visits, continuously improve the satisfaction of medical institutions, and establish long-term good cooperative relationships
  5. Explore the potential of the existing market and continuously develop potential markets to ensure the growth of the company's product market share
