What you'd actually do

  1. In the designated area, achieve target sales performance, market share, and growth rate for designated products, and effectively utilize resources and control expenses
  2. Develop and implement a corresponding medical institution visit plan according to the company's stipulated medical institution coverage and visit frequency
  3. Utilize appropriate promotion techniques and effectively use product materials to provide medical information and introduce products (including handling problems) to medical institutions, so that they understand and accept the characteristics and benefits of the product
  4. Maintain a high level of professional visits, continuously improve the satisfaction of medical institutions, and establish long-term and good cooperative communication relationships
  5. Explore the potential of the existing market and continuously develop potential markets to ensure the growth of the company's product market share
