Product Manager role focused on translating legal work into AI-powered workflows for law firms and corporate legal teams, working closely with clients and product teams to ensure successful production deployments and influence roadmap. What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as a thought partner to top global law firms and enterprises — diagnosing pain points, mapping high-value opportunities, and guiding how Harvey integrates into their practice.
  2. Work with the go-to-market team to shape pilots and deployments end-to-end: discovery, workflow design, testing, onboarding, iteration, and firm-wide rollout.
  3. Work with innovation leaders, legal operations, and practice groups alongside Customer Success — ensuring the platform becomes embedded in day-to-day legal work
  4. Translate user insights into product direction to influence roadmap
  5. Help clients evaluate the business impact of AI — from improving associate leverage to transforming workflows across practices like M&A, litigation, regulatory, and transactions.

Skills
