Innovation Programs Lead

This role focuses on driving customer impact and business outcomes by leveraging Amazon's innovation culture and AWS technology, particularly in the areas of generative AI, agentic systems, and applied AI. The lead will facilitate executive engagements, build scalable mechanisms, and develop next-generation content to help enterprise customers realize value from their AI investments.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead and facilitate executive-level innovation sessions that bring Amazon's culture of innovation — Working Backwards, customer obsession, bias for action — to life for customers.
  2. Apply first-principles thinking to understand customers' most pressing challenges and translate those into actionable AI-driven solution pathways.
  3. Own the customer journey beyond the engagement — work closely with field sales teams to activate customers, drive solution adoption, and accelerate the path from idea to measurable business outcomes in production.
  4. Design and implement scalable engagement frameworks.
  5. Build next-generation content modules focused on generative AI, agentic systems, and applied AI — grounded in Amazon's culture of innovation and maintained as a portfolio that is modular, industry-adaptable, and technically current.

Skills

Required

  • Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience
  • Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical executive audiences
  • Strong first-principles problem-solving ability
  • Strong ability to apply AI/ML capabilities to solve business problems and drive transformation outcomes
  • Track record of driving measurable customer business outcomes in partnership with field sales teams

Nice to have

  • Experience operating across APJ markets with sensitivity to regional and cultural nuances
  • Consulting background with experience advising senior leaders on technology-led business transformation
  • Hands-on experience applying AI tools to business problems and customer engagement workflows
