What you'd actually do

  1. Plan, implement, and direct engineering projects and investigations for air conditioning, temperature, monitoring, and electrical systems within the factory, including projects requiring advanced knowledge in specialized fields.
  2. Ensure optimal working environments within the factory by performing preventive maintenance on building usage and electrical/mechanical/air conditioning equipment, managing costs and expenses, and operating within budget while creating and driving project priorities and schedules.
  3. Prepare final procedures in a prescribed format and meticulously check files and records for historical preservation.
  4. Submit periodic estimates of design costs, including equipment, installation, labor, materials, preparation, and other related expenses, for the purpose of budget preparation.
  5. Present standards and performance specifications for facilities and equipment necessary to meet unique operational requirements and architectural/safety standards.
