This role is a Business Partner for Strategy & Operation within the Commercial Excellence department at Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicine division. What you'd actually do

  1. Contribute to evolvement of J&J Innovative Medicine commercialization strategy
  2. Develop a comprehensive view of strategic initiatives
  3. Propose directions for commercial strategy evolvement and relevant initiatives
  4. Drive alignment with key stakeholders on direction of strategy evolvement
  5. Lead successful execution of Commercial Excellence (CE) key initiatives across Business Units (BUs)

Skills

Required

  • Good understanding of Healthcare industry (Pharma projects at consulting firm or Pharma company experience)
  • Highly strategic and visionary
  • Ability to engage with wide range of senior stakeholders in Japan and across the APAC region
  • Ability to think outside of the box to propose solutions to difficult problems.
  • Strong project management skill with focus on successful implementation
  • Fluent English and Business level of Japanese
