This role leads a team to drive launch and marketing excellence across business units in Japan, overseeing launch readiness, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and developing marketing capabilities. It also involves representing Japan in regional forums and shaping strategies.

What you'd actually do

  1. Oversees Launch Readiness of prioritized brands
  2. Lead systematic sharing of learnings and best practices from brands across the organization
  3. Lead team members to successfully execute defined priorities to drive Marketing organizational and individual capabilities (e.g. Integrated Brand Planning process, Marketer Skill assessment and training delivery)
  4. Actively collect feedback and think outside of the box to refine strategies and focus areas to further elevate organizational and individual marketing capabilities
