This internship focuses on supporting the Search & Evaluation (S&E) activities within Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicine division in the APAC region. The intern will assist in identifying, investigating, and evaluating external technologies and drug candidates from Japanese companies and academia, under the guidance of the ESI APAC team and Japanese ESI staff. Key responsibilities include supporting sourcing activities, managing research requests, triaging new projects, and organizing presentation materials.

What you'd actually do

  1. 日本市場向けのアクティベーションおよびソーシング活動を、日本国内のExternal Scientific Innovationスタッフの指導のもとでサポートする
  2. TA*(Therapeutic Area)リーダーおよびグローバルソーシングチームが発信するリサーチ依頼（ランドスケーピング）とその成果物を管理する
  3. 該当するTAリーダーから提供される新規案件のトリアージ（優先度判定）フィードバックを文書化し、正確なトラッキングとフォローアップを行う
  4. 外部企業向けのプレゼンテーション資料および関連文書を管理・整理する
