The Senior Manager/Manager, Japan Solid Tumor Supply Chain Leader role at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is responsible for managing the demand and End-to-End supply of solid tumor portfolio in Japan. This includes demand forecast management, inventory optimization, issue management, and stakeholder engagement to ensure stable supply, maintain healthy inventory levels, and contribute to business growth and cash flow. The role requires experience in demand management or marketing, deep knowledge of end-to-end supply chain, data analysis capabilities, and strong project and stakeholder management skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the creation of consensus demand forecast to solid tumor brands (5 brands/10 SKUs) in 36 month horizon in partnership with marketing and finance
  2. Design and continuously optimize inventory strategies that balance service, cost, and risk across the value chain with business partners
  3. Participate in Global Issue Management Teams (IMT) to gather up-to-date information and influence global decisions reflecting Japan market needs
  4. Be as single point of contact to solid tumor commercial team to build and maintain trust (including commercial vice president), and drive decision makings
  5. Be accountable to Japan supply chain strategy realization, and own KPIs
