What you'd actually do

  1. Support the Director in developing policy-related strategies, goals, and outcome-based action plans, including analysis and drafting of key deliverables.
  2. Work with IMAT and cross-functional teams to deliver agreed outcomes, tracking progress and coordinating actions.
  3. Engage with internal and external stakeholders on pricing, regulatory, CEA, and patient access matters relevant to J&J IM, supporting policy development, interpretation, and implementation activities.
  4. Develop materials and briefing documents with a clear understanding of the narrative and target stakeholders in both Japanese and English.
  5. Coordinate with Asia Pacific regional and global teams to align messages and maximize the value and impact of local actions.
