What you'd actually do

  1. Understand the global supply chain inventory management methodology
  2. Understand local inventory requirement to guarantee stable supply
  3. Set the optimal target inventory consulting with Japan TA SC leaders, and make alignment with regional/global key stakeholders
  4. Monitor the inventory together with finance to achieve financial commitment
  5. Work with TA SC leaders to harmonize the demand planning activities

Skills

Required

  • A minimum of 5 years experience working in supply chain or proven knowledge for End to End supply chain
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in inventory management or proven knowledge for inventor y management
  • Capability to detect early potential issue in End to End supply chain holistic view, and the proactive problem solving to mitigate product stock out
  • Cross functional work experience to achieve company optimal result
  • Business level Japanese and English
  • Basic understanding on financials
  • Night calls between US and Europe anticipated to this role
