What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and implement the business strategy for Lung Cancer portfolio and Rybrevant Brand, with both short-term and long-term business objectives
  2. Oversee and lead all marketing and sales plans to achieve the business objectives within policies and guidelines as well as Business Unit budget
  3. Deliver the agreed forecast budget and business plan – top and bottom-line metrics – full P&L responsibility
  4. Inspire and lead the commercial team to deliver outcomes and maximize their potential
  5. Lead marketing and sales activities to ensure that short- and long-range sales volumes and projects are achieved

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 10+ years related commercial experience
  • At least 5 years of marketing experience in pharma industry and people management experience
  • In depth knowledge of Japan healthcare environment and systems
