This role is a Specialist in Quality System within the Quality Operations Department at Johnson & Johnson's Fuji Plant. The primary responsibilities include managing GMP/GCTP activities such as risk assessments, investigations, CAPA, and change control. The role also involves supporting other team members, troubleshooting deviations, and leading or supporting improvement initiatives. A degree in Pharmacy, physics and chemistry, or biology is preferred, along with over 5 years of experience in quality control, quality assurance, or regulatory compliance in the pharmaceutical industry. Knowledge of GMP/GQP/QMS quality systems and business-level English proficiency are also desired.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage GMP/GCTP activities such as Review and approval of the adequacy of risk assessments, investigations, and CAPA in Deviation management control, Change control, and audit management.
  2. Support other group members’ GMP/GCTP activities and license management activities.
  3. Trouble shooting and investigation of deviation.
  4. Improvement initiatives
  5. Lead or support new initiatives.
