This role supports the Korea Supply Chain team with operational and project-based tasks, focusing on inventory management, sample coordination, and end-to-end operational execution. It involves ensuring data accuracy, timely follow-ups, and smooth cross-functional collaboration within the Innovative Medicine division.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support Project Bridge execution, including inventory planning, tracking, and reconciliation.
  2. Manage inventory and sample-related activities, ensuring data accuracy and operational compliance.
  3. Provide day-to-day supply chain operational support, such as order follow-up, coordination of deliverables, and resolution of operational issues.
  4. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Commercial, Quality, Regulatory, Logistics, and internal SC teams) to enable smooth execution and timely problem-solving.
  5. Prepare and maintain basic operational reporting and materials for internal reviews and projects (e.g., trackers, reconciliations, dashboards, and summary packs)
