Inside Auto Claims Service Leader

This role manages a team of 9-11 adjusters, focusing on achieving high performance, executing claim processes, and implementing operational initiatives. Responsibilities include monitoring staffing, coaching, performance reviews, managing customer conflicts, and delivering compassionate service. Licensing may be required.

  5. Develops, maintains, and analyzes operational and statistical data used by claims employees and leadership teams.
