Inside Sales Manager at Capital One responsible for leading, managing, and motivating a team of Relationship Managers (Credit Buyers) to meet and exceed loan origination performance objectives. The role also involves directly managing a territory of dealers, driving business results through relationship building and application decisioning, and monitoring credit exceptions.

Skills

Required

  • High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification
  • 2 years of Financial Services Experience or Business to Business Sales Experience

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years of experience in Indirect Auto Finance
  • 2+ years of experience in Credit Underwriting
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing
