In this role, you’ll do more than sell insurance—you’ll guide customers in protecting what matters most. Whether assisting potential customers or supporting existing policyholders, you’ll combine expertise with genuine care to deliver an exceptional experience.

- Customer Engagement: Build rapport with inbound callers to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Policy Preparation: Prepare insurance quotes, advise on coverage options, and convert quotes into active policies.
- Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding service that demonstrates the value of being a GEICO policyholder.

Pay Transparency: Starting pay ranges from $24.50/hour ($49,367 annually) to $35.61/hour ($71,754 annually).
- Sales Associates may also earn up to $60,000 annually through a performance-based incentive plan.
Sign-On Bonuses: $1,500 for active Personal Lines Insurance license holders.
Evening Shift Differential: +10% pay for eligible shifts.

Experience & Qualifications
• 2+ years of direct sales experience (insurance sales preferred), or 2+ years of sales
experience in a corporate or call center environment
• Active Personal Lines Insurance or P&C license preferred, not required
• High School Diploma required; 2–4-year college degree preferred
Technical & Availability Requirements
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
