What you'd actually do

  1. Communicate with existing customer accounts through email, Zoom, and Ironclad about Figma’s platform and pricing
  2. Close inbound sales requests for subscription expansions, including adding products or licenses, creating new instances, and upgrading to the Enterprise Plan
  3. Manage inbound billing requests (such as processing renewals and changing payment term/method)
  4. Close targeted outbound account renewals
  5. Qualify and handle inbound sales requests
  6. Partner with Marketing to run proactive campaigns that maximize expansion/retention across all products
