Inside Sales Representative role focused on driving upsell and cross-sell initiatives for Adobe's Creativity & Productivity products to North American SMB customers. Responsibilities include developing customer relationships, managing sales pipelines, and collaborating with specialists to expand product adoption.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and foster value-based relationships with new and existing North American SMB customers.
  2. Drive Up-sell & Cross-sell initiatives by prioritizing accounts with the highest propensity to buy.
  3. Complete Marketing Qualified Leads with a defined SLA to increase revenue.
  4. Research customer contracts and purchasing history to identify expansion opportunities.
  5. Manage the opportunity pipeline with timely updates to management on progress and outlook.

Skills

Required

  • Proven track record in sales, customer success, or account management.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capability to recognize customer needs and proficiently apply solutions.
  • Experience with CRM systems and research tools such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, etc.
  • Ambitious, goal-oriented, and capable of excelling in a competitive environment.

Nice to have

  • Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
