Overview
We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused Insights & Transformation Lead to drive end-to-end business insights, executive deliverables, and transformation initiatives across the organization. This role serves as a trusted partner to leadership by proactively translating complex data, organizational signals, and operational trends into actionable insights that inform decision-making, accelerate execution, and shape business strategy.

Responsibilities
Strategic Insights & Business Intelligence
- Lead the end-to-end insights process across the organization, including intake, synthesis, prioritization, and deliverables.
- Consolidate signals from multiple sources including operational metrics, field feedback, employee listening systems, customer trends, and business performance data.
- Proactively identify emerging themes, risks, opportunities, and areas requiring leadership attention.
- Translate data into actionable recommendations that support strategic decision-making, partner with the right stakeholders to execute deliverables, and own the feedback loop.
Executive Reporting & Storytelling
- Develop executive-ready narratives, dashboards, presentations, and business reviews.
- Simplify complex information into concise and impactful insights tailored to senior executive audiences.
- Ensure reporting drives action, alignment, and measurable outcomes.
Transformation & Business Optimization
- Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives focused on improving operational efficiency, scalability, and organizational effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, modernize workflows, and improve business rhythms.
- Partner with stakeholders to define success measures, implementation plans, and adoption strategies.
- Drive accountability and follow-through across strategic initiatives.
AI & Modernization Enablement
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and modern tools to improve insights generation and operational execution.
- Help embed AI-forward ways of working into insights processes and deliverables.
- Partner with teams to scale best practices and innovation across the organization.
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Partner closely with leadership, Finance, Operations, Sales, Strategy, Business Planning, Deal Desk, and Enablement teams.
- Serve as a connective leader across organizations to align priorities and drive execution.
- Build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders across varying levels of the organization.
Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 4+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience.
Additional or preferred qualifications
Master's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement

Demonstrated program management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders and driving alignment.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in complex, fast-paced environments and influencing outcomes without direct authority.
Experience with reporting tools, business intelligence platforms, and AI-enabled productivity tools.
Organizational agility with the ability to prioritize effectively, manage competing demands, and drive outcomes across multiple stakeholders or workstreams.
Applies strategic thinking to prioritize work and deliver measurable outcomes with consistent operational execution.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity, creating structure, and driving clarity and direction.
Bias for action with a focus on delivering results, iterating based on learnings, and continuous improvement.
Experience building scalable processes and improving efficiency across teams or programs.

Business Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $97,600 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $125,000 - $206,400 per year.
