What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the end-to-end insights process across the organization, including intake, synthesis, prioritization, and deliverables.
  2. Develop executive-ready narratives, dashboards, presentations, and business reviews.
  3. Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives focused on improving operational efficiency, scalability, and organizational effectiveness.
  4. Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and modern tools to improve insights generation and operational execution.
  5. Partner closely with leadership, Finance, Operations, Sales, Strategy, Business Planning, Deal Desk, and Enablement teams.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 4+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience.

Nice to have

  • Master's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement
  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement
  • Experience with reporting tools, business intelligence platforms, and AI-enabled productivity tools.
  • Experience building scalable processes and improving efficiency across teams or programs.
  • Demonstrates curiosity, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
