Insurance Performance & Cost Improvement Senior Manager

This role is a Senior Manager in Deloitte's Insurance Performance & Cost Improvement team, focusing on helping insurance clients improve profitability, cash flow, and operating performance through cost optimization, productivity improvements, and operating model changes. What you'd actually do

  1. Advise clients on the complex issues surrounding critical financial and economic events, and high-profile transactions
  2. Run cost transformation programs for clients

  4. Plan and lead interviews with clients to understand complex financial and operational situations
  5. Lead and own project work streams, including overseeing and reviewing the day-to-day work of junior staff with oversight from project leadership
