This role is for an Insurance Unit Manager/Supervisor at GEICO.   2. Leverage your prior leadership expertise to guide team members in resolving complex customer inquiries and claims.
  3. Personalize your leadership approach to develop team members’ skills, fostering their growth and ensuring they consistently exceed customer expectations.
  4. Monitor and evaluate team performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and retention.
  5. Hold your team accountable for achieving results, maintaining compliance with insurance regulations, and delivering outstanding service.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree with 2+ years of supervisory experience or a minimum of 4 years of supervisory experience in lieu of a degree
  • Experience successfully managing teams in insurance, financial services, call center, retail or other industries
  • Ability to obtain and/or maintain an active All Lines Adjuster License or a Property and Casualty Adjuster License
  • Proven ability to motivate, inspire, and develop high-performing teams in a customer-centric environment
  • Strong results orientation, with a history of meeting or exceeding performance goals
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and improve customer outcomes
