Lead the India IIS team delivering strategic business decision support, performance measurement, investment decisions, and launch strategies. Accountable for analytics and insights plans, delivering actionable insights. Serve as the Analytics expert to Country teams in India. Guide effective use of promotional resources through customer analytics, segmentation, targeting, omnichannel analysis. Collaborate on advanced analytics including predictive modeling, data science and machine learning. Connect research and analytics into actionable insights. Support data modeling and forecasting needs.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the identification of data and insight needs, design of analytics and research plans, and the execution of those plans, incorporating solutions across the catalog of GCA capabilities including secondary data analysis, advanced analytics/data science, primary market research, etc.
  2. Guide effective use of promotional resources through delivery of customer analytics, segmentation and targeting, promotional resource allocation, field force sizing, omnichannel analysis, etc.
  3. Effectively collaborate on the delivery of advanced analytics including predictive modeling, data science and machine learning, as needed
  4. Connect research and analytics together into compelling and actionable insights that lead to clear recommendations to commercial leaders
  5. Proactively assess BU and country portfolio performance and ensure accurate and effective performance measurement solutions are built and maintained
