Integrated Marketing Lead - K:service

This role is for an Integrated Marketing Lead focused on Klaviyo's AI-first customer service platform, K:Service. The responsibilities include ideating, designing, and executing marketing customer journeys, collaborating with Product Marketing and GTM teams, leading campaign strategy, optimizing messaging, and defining measurement plans. What you'd actually do

  1. Ideate, design, and execute the K:Service marketing customer journey across all channels
  2. Collaborate with Product Marketing and Service GTM teams to position K:Service for both marketing and service buyers, ensuring campaigns speak to CX metrics (deflection, resolution rate, CSAT) as well as pipeline, revenue, and retention.
  3. Lead the campaign strategy and planning inclusive of high reach channels and performance focused digital channels
  4. Optimize audience-specific messaging and positioning with Product Marketing teams to create engagement at each stage of the funnel for net new leads
  5. Refine end-to-end customer journey by partnering with content and creative teams to optimize existing content and ideate/build new content to keep leads engaged

Skills

Required

  • 8+ years of experience in combination of channel, performance, lifecycle, demand gen, revenue, and integrated campaign marketing
  • Proven expertise building end-to-end customer journeys and relevant campaigns to drive leads through the funnel
  • Foundational knowledge of performance marketing success metrics and ability to report KPIs to executive leadership teams
  • Advanced analytics experience with ability to manage complex data sets across site analytics and attribution models, Google Analytics and Salesforce preferred
  • Accountable and goal-oriented, with strong ownership of results and execution quality
  • Excellent communicator who can align stakeholders, ask the right questions, and drive clarity across teams
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple campaigns, partners, and timelines simultaneously
  • Comfortable in a fast paced, agile and high growth environment with ability to navigate gray areas by developing new processes and streamline workflows
