Roblox is seeking an Integrated Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts for their creator community. This role involves defining and executing marketing strategies for creator-focused initiatives, developing a creator narrative, and managing integrated marketing plans across various channels. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in integrated marketing within consumer tech, gaming, or creator ecosystems, with a strong understanding of the gaming industry and creator-driven economies.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead integrated marketing strategy and execution for creator focused initiatives across the Roblox ecosystem, spanning product launches, platform updates, incentive and support programs, and seasonal moments
  2. Develop and own a clear creator narrative that supports both endemic creators on Roblox and non endemic developers evaluating the platform
  3. Partner closely with Product Marketing to bring creator launches to market, translating product value into credible, creator first messaging and launch plans
  4. Build and scale creator storytelling and advocacy through programs such as Creator Spotlights, case studies, and creator led narratives
  5. Develop and manage integrated marketing plans across owned, earned, and paid channels, in collaboration with Creative, Social, Comms, Media, and regional teams

Skills

Required

  • 8+ years of integrated marketing experience, ideally in consumer tech, gaming, platforms, or creator driven ecosystems
  • Strong understanding of the gaming ecosystem, including live service games, UGC platforms, and creator driven economies
  • Familiarity with game developers and UGC creators, including how they build, monetize, grow audiences, and engage communities
  • Experience leading cross channel campaigns across social, video, paid media, and owned content
  • Proven ability to translate complex products and systems into clear, compelling narratives for creator audiences
  • Experience influencing cross functional partners and leading through collaboration
  • Strong storytelling, organizational, and project management skills
  • A clear point of view on how creators should be represented publicly, with strong judgment around credibility and authenticity
