What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with Business Marketing leadership to bring the local market strategy to life in Germany, leveraging best practices, learnings, industry trends and insights on both Pinterest and competitors
  2. Assist in localising and creating engaging marketing content, including blog posts, social media content, success studies, and email campaigns in German
  3. Own key initiatives to bring the broader marketing strategy to life, such as Pinterest-owned or third party events, webinars, and advertorial partnerships
  4. Work closely with local and global teams to ensure that global programs resonate locally
  5. Manage the measurement of local marketing activations and identify areas for improvement
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, measurement and the wider marketing team
  7. Leverage AI (tools) while maintaining integrity, critical thinking, and ownership of final outcomes

Skills

Required

  • 4 years experience in integrated marketing and/or digital marketing
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills to effectively balance multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlines
  • Fluency in both written and spoken German
  • Business-level English in both writing and verbal communication
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent work experience

  • Passion for digital marketing and a desire to grow and develop within the field
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their advertising capabilities, with a specific focus on Pinterest
  • Basic design capabilities and experience using design tools like the Adobe Suite, Figma and SplashThat
