What you'd actually do

  1. Provide high-quality support to IPM partners through inbound and outbound phone, email, and chat channels.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic and enterprise-level partners, cultivating strong, trust-based relationships.
  3. Deliver personalized, high-touch service by understanding each partner's unique needs and challenges.
  4. Develop deep expertise in Expedia Group's products and services to offer tailored guidance and solutions.
  5. Gather and analyze partner feedback to identify pain points and contribute to product and service improvements.

Skills

Required

  • 2+ years of experience in customer support, B2B account management, or technical support
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to interpret data to provide actionable recommendations
  • Demonstrated ability to remain composed under pressure and empathize with partner concerns
  • Proven track record of building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
