Integrated Services Regional Lead - Emea

This role is responsible for scaling Adobe's Integrated Services program regionally, acting as a liaison between Sales, Delivery, and Operations to ensure successful deal structuring, capacity management, and program evolution. It requires strong client-facing professional services and consulting experience, with a focus on managing complex enterprise technology solutions.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as a strategic partner to regional Sales leadership, providing input on complex or high-risk opportunities and supporting pipeline health and delivery-ready deal structures.
  2. Maintain a forward-looking view of regional pipeline demand, delivery capacity, and critical skill requirements.
  3. Lead weekly vertical inspections to assess project health, risks, and compliance.
  4. Drive rigor across core processes: handoffs, role ownership, program deliverables, delivery quality and internal compliance.
  5. Capture regional delivery insights and feed structured feedback to IS leadership, Product, and Marketing.
