This role is for an Integration Scheduler focused on EHR implementations for Oracle Health Government Services. The primary responsibilities include technical schedule development and maintenance, ensuring compliance with industry best practices, and reporting to leadership and clients. The role requires experience with EHR systems, federal programs, and working in a fast-paced environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Responsible for day-to-day mechanics of technical schedule development and maintenance.
  2. Ensure schedules are compliant with industry best practices such as DCMA 14-point assessment and GAO guiding schedule principles.
  3. Build out new DCMA-compliant schedules as new task orders and modifications are awarded for additional program scope.
  4. Responsible for developing and writing client-facing schedule reports.
  5. Create regular and ad hoc reports for leadership.

Skills

Required

  • Experience with EHR implementations (Oracle Health Millennium or Epic)
  • Experience supporting Federal programs, tools, processes, or frameworks.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Bachelor’s plus a minimum of 3 years of scheduling experience.
  • Familiarity with systems development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
  • Efficient with written and oral communication
  • Familiar with Office 365 applications such as Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data validation skills.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across multiple levels of management.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • US Citizenship is required with an ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Milestone Pro preferred
  • Previous Federal Contracting experience preferred.
