Integration Specialist

EvenUp EvenUp · Vertical AI · United States · Remote · Customer Success

This role is responsible for integrating EvenUp's AI-powered SaaS product with legal Case Management Systems (CMS). The Integration Specialist will manage the intake, configuration, and go-live of these integrations, working with sales, engineering, product, and customer success teams. The role involves technical configuration using APIs, data mapping (SQL, JSON), data validation, and troubleshooting. It also includes developing documentation and improving the integration delivery process. The company uses AI to empower personal injury lawyers and victims.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with the sales team to intake new integration requests efficiently — qualifying scope, gathering requirements, and translating deals into actionable project plans.
  2. Manage a portfolio of concurrent customer integration projects using agile methodologies (Kanban, Jira), maintaining clear status visibility across all active work.
  3. Drive projects from kickoff to go-live, coordinating internal stakeholders (CS, Support, Product, Engineering) to resolve blockers and keep timelines on track.
  4. Identify process gaps in the intake and delivery pipeline and recommend improvements that increase throughput and consistency.
  5. Configure and manage API-based integrations using a combination of configuration modules and data mapping (SQL, JSON, SOQL).

  • Comfort with Postman for API testing and basic data validation.
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
  • Report building experience (Metabase or equivalent).
  • Agile/Kanban process experience.

Nice to have

  • SQL proficiency (especially for Metabase queries and troubleshooting).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce/SFDC, Metabase, Temporal, or Workbench.
  • Experience with legal tech or case management platforms.
